Antique Justin Leather Goods, 1918 Leather Purse. It is a brown leather with a nice shield design on the front, nice tooling and is appx. 12" from the top of the handle to the bottom of the purse and 1.25" wide when closed. Large hinged opening on top with a decorative clamp and round filigree snap clasp. Fob on front Signed Justin Leather Goods inside with two pockets and lined in quality leather/suede. Some wear as would be expected on the handle . I'd still call this very good condition for it's age and the quality of it. I did see this same shaped purse and size with different design recently sold for $250 in the UK - I've seen others in that same price range being offeered. It is a cocoa brown with leather wrapped edges. (W7823.8X8 SS11247 J LET 7/21/23 LD 7/13/23).
