Vintage Sterling Portmouth, NH Watch Fob. Estimated 1940's-1950's

Vintage Sterling Portsmouth, NH Watch Fob. Estimated 1940's-1950's. It is a 1" round enameled fob with a harbor and building scene and the wording City of Portsmouth N.H. Settled 1623, Incorporated 1849. It has a squared bail on top - could use as pendant or watch or key chain fob. It is marked sterling on the back and signed with an S. It tests as sterling too with a weight of appx. 5.79 gr. It has oxidation that will polish away and there is a slight chip or wear at the P in Portsmouth but very minimal. Given it's age, I would still rate this as very good as the colors are vibrant and not scratched or worn. Polishing would brighten the edge and back but not necessary.
