Vintage, 2" ong prong-set cut goldtone rhinestones creating a bunch of flowers, with stems, wrapped by a curled, filigree/lace-like wrap. It is about 1" wide. Very good condition. Not signed. See Photos. (My Loc. Num.AZ8.16.4.3)
