Vintage 1940's Sterling Silver Floral Brooch with Center Pearl, two leaf stems, 3"

Vintage 1940's Sterling Silver Brooch with Center Pearl, Two Leaf Stem. This is 3" tall and 2.25" wide. It has a center cream colored pearl that is about 8mm wide. It does have wear on the center of the pearl. The pearl is a button style pearl - not a round bead. This tests as sterling - it is a shiny surface with some typical patina and tarnish - that w ill clean. It is not marked sterling but tests strong as sterling silver. It is from the 1940's and does have some magnetic properties which sterling shouldn't have but not all alloys used when making sterling are standard non-magnetic metals which will create the magnetic attraction. Some jewelry also a small plating of some other metal to brighten finish, etc., - depending on that plating you can also get a magnetic response. The weight on this brooch is 17.11 grams.
