Silver Disc Brooch, signed A .835, 1.5" and 12.51 grams, believe European and early 1900's

Silver Scrolled Disc Brooch, signed A .835 - 1.5" across. It is heavy at 12.51 grams. I believe the maker is possibly W. German or another European Country. The A is an ornate scrolled A with flamboyance in the lettering on the left side where it could actually be another letter with it - but I can't tell. It is very similar to Scottish disc brooches and I've seen a heavy ashtray made by a different maker, but very similar in design from W. Germany. This is an estate find and is stellar quality and design. Weighty and sturdy. I'd date it to perhaps the 1930's. This came from a PA estate sale. Very good condition. See photos. (Lot. Loc.
