Sterling Silver Monogrammed Garter Buckles, Hearts, 1930's-1940's HKH, signed, 17.73 grams, 1.25"

Vintage Sterling Silver Garter Buckles or Suspender Buckles - these are Heart themed monogrammed with what looks like HKH to me. They are 1.25" wide and 1-1.8" tall. They were listed as garter clips but I've seen similar ones marked as suspender buckles - you be the judge. They are marked sterling and signed with what looks like a pictograph of an arrow. These are from approximately the 1930's to 1950's. They have some use but are still in very good condition. Weight is 17.73 grams. These came from a PA estate sale. Very good condition - it can be polished to restore it to a shinier look however I do not restore vintage sterling automatically as many buyers prefer it as is. See photos.
