Vintage Sterling Silver 20" Herringbone Necklace, reversible nugget side. It is 1mm thick, signed MR, Italy, 925. It weighs approximately 21.49 grams. This has a little patina that can be cleaned to look new. Age is likely 1970's-1980's. This came from a Philadelphia estate sale. See photos. (W.6.1717.8 - LD 6/27/17)
