Victorian Sterling Sash Buckle, 2.75" by 5/8", 7.95 Grams, 1800's, Scrolled Floral

Vintage Victorian Sterling Sash Buckle, 7.95 grams. It is 2.75" long and 5/8" wide and domed with a Victorian themed scrolled design. It is long and slender. It is not marked but tests as sterling The back has some visible gold on the ends over the silver so this was likely gold over silver. Age is 1800's. Good condition - typical tarnish that can be polished if you want to remove the years of time. There is no damage . See photos. This came from a PA estate sale. (Win.12.118.G.5 - LD 1/16/19).
