Vintage Native American, Southwestern Sterling Silver Turquoise Clip Earrings, 1950's. These have three circle-like design with a 5mm triangular inlaid turquoise stone in each. They are appx. 25mm across. 1940's-1950's in age. Weight is appx. 12.10 grams. They are not signed by tested. These were quite stylist for their time - they are a heavy design with very nice detail - trinity design in the three rings and the triangular turquoise stones. I am sure they are symbolic of something. Could be earth, wind, and fire, or Christianized Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. it can also mean family and home - unknown for certain but in Native American design, there is a meaning behind the design. They are in good condition - they have been lightly cleaned they do have light oxidation but it can be cleaned and polished if buyer prefers non-vintage look. (Inv.AZ.5.79.1X2. AUC9/14).
We carry mostly vintage jewelry across all themes in my stores and listings. We have our own store and are and have been known as stampshopgirl in Ebay and have been since I think 2003. At one point we had a gift shop/rubber stamping store and switched over to vintage jewelry about six years ago on a full time basis, which also including taking and completing gemology classes as well as jewelry appraisal studies. We carry limited other vintage items and am trying to change our presence to marias vintage and estate treasures. You may see both names until the migration is complete. You can find us on pinterest where all ebay items and other venues are categorized - mariasvinta0654.
WE DO NOT STORE FINE METALS AND GEMSTONES ON PREMISES. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT QUESTIONS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU.
Thank you for stopping by, mariasvintage.
